The ICDD PDF2 databases, almost indispensable for phase analysis, are now available as edition 2020.

XPads, the phase analysis module of the ADM software, is prepared to convert the new edition.

The edition 2020 of the PDF2 database contains:

• 311,561 entries
• 7,447 new entries
• 211,347 Reference Intensity Ratios

 

PDF2 Release 2020 is shipped on a DVD or a USB-stick and has to be stored on your hard disk.
